How it all started

The year is 2025. The vibrant streets of Kolkata, already a melting pot of culinary delights, were about to welcome a new flavor, born from the passionate heart of a true “foodie” – [Rishav], a Kolkata native with an insatiable love for good food and an entrepreneurial spirit as fiery as a chili, dreamt of creating a food brand that offered not just a meal, but an experience.
It all began in a humble kitchen in Howrah, fueled by late-night experiments, scribbled recipes on napkins, and an unwavering belief in the power of delicious, accessible food. RISHAV noticed a gap in the market gourmet snack boxes, unique fusion EM burgers, authentic regional pasta with a twist that catered to the fast-paced yet discerning palates of Kolkata.
With a small initial investment and a whole lot of enthusiasm, RISHAV took the plunge. The first outlet of EMBERS opened its doors in HOWRAH. The menu, initially featuring a curated selection of PASTA, Burgers & Snacks Boxes, was an instant hit. The aroma wafting from the small kitchen, the quality of the ingredients, and the sheer passion evident in every bite resonated with the local crowd.
Word-of-mouth spread like wildfire. People were drawn not only to the delicious food but also to RISHAV’s infectious energy and genuine connection with the customers. He could often be seen chatting with patrons, taking feedback, and even personally ensuring the quality of each order. This personal touch became a hallmark of the EMBERS experience.
